• Delivery methods
• Dosing principles (Start Low, Go Slow)

Able to explain concepts in client-friendly language. Shows understanding of individual variability.

Can explain ECS in simple terms, THC vs CBD clearly, dosing concepts safely, and product differences without prescribing. Uses clear language, non-medical terminology, and client-centered tone. Demonstrates confidence, professional communication, and ethical awareness.

Evaluated via: mock session, recorded session, or live evaluation.
